A THCA percentage is the measured concentration of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid in a tested sample, expressed as a percentage of sample weight.
It describes a sample, not a product line
Laboratories test a sample drawn from a batch. Plant material is not perfectly uniform, so results describe that batch and sampling event.
